The CHC-422 and BSC-422 are data converters, converting high speed ICCP Ikegami Camera Control Protocol to low speed ITCP Ikegami Telemetry Control Protocol for full camera control over longer distance via ethernet communication. The converters must be used as a pair, together with commercially available RS-422 / ethernet serial devices. Configuration example as follows:
