The HC-250 employs 1/2 inch CCDs and continues Ikegami's broadcast-quality tradition in box-camera design. Digital technology provides high-quality pictures for improved shooting conditions such as : point-view documentation, image, high-end inspection, and any video production.

Reliable digital technology
Ikegami's broadcast quality digital proceessing technology is used in the optical block and video processing circuits. This results in high resolution, high sensitivity and high quality picture.

Gain-up selection
Up to 36dB gain-up provides good video reproduction under low light conditions. Minimum sensitivity 0.7Lux available at +36dB gain-up.

Preset and Variable Shutter
The preset shutter has six speeds(1/100, 1/120, 1/250, 1/500, 1/1000 and 1/2000 seconds). Variable speeds can be set between 1/60.3 and 1/201 seconds.

Black stretch
The black stretch function avoids excessive dark areas in high contrust scenes. With three settings(3, 5 and 7%), this enables improvements in dark areas in the picture by lifting the image level of only low brightness areas.

Remote control
Connecting with external remote controller RCU-240 etc., remote control is available via remote control terminal on system connector.

Various video outputs
1 ch each of VBS(NTSC), MON, RGB/Component, RGB is output via system connector allows various system applications. Another 1ch of MON is output from BNC connector, which could indicate camera condition and markers for video monitoring.
