The TM6-1/1P is a compact, lightweight 6" color monitor featuring high image quality. The folding handle gives excellent portability and easy handling, which combined with the ability to run the monitor from AC or DC supplies makes the TM6-1/IP a very versatile unit for use in studio and field applications.
The TM6-1/IP also accepts audio input for monitoring when its standard connector assembly is exchanged.

• High performance in line gun CRT
  The TM6-1/1P incorporates an in line gun CRT. This CRT has no convergence drift, thus eliminating the need for convergence adjustment.

• Dual video input channels
  The TM6-1/1P accepts two video input signals(A & B) which may be switched to the display by front panel control.

• CRT protection circuitry
  To prevent damage and sticking, the TM6-1/lP incorporates protection circuits to cut off the EHT voltage if it rises to too high a potential, or if the verfical or horizontal scanning fails.

• BLUE ONLY function
  A front panel switch allows the blue signal to be applied simultaneously to R, G and B channels. This makes for easy hue (NTSC only) and color level checking using a color bar signal feed to the monitor.

• Back mounting provision (option: F-Type monitor only)
  The use of optional rack mounting adapters enables three TM6-1/lP units to be installed side by side in an EIA 19" rack for use in studio or OB unit installations.

• AC/DC powering
  The monitor can be supplied for use either AC power supplies only (AC pack AP61-F/AP61P-F) or AC and DC power supplies (AC pack AP61-S/AP61P-S combined with bracket and battery case). These are optional accessories which permit flexible operation in all circumstances.

• Audio input (option)
  Installation of the optional connector assembly(CBA61) on the monitor provides it with internal speaker capability, which offers the advantage of audio monitoring for field use.
