April 15, 2001 - El Segundo, California -Marshall Electronics (www.LCDracks.com) announces the signing of an Exclusive OEM Distribution agreement with Ikegami Tsushinki Co., LTD. of Japan, for sales of Marshall's highly respected line of LCD Monitors into the Japanese broadcast and multimedia marketplaces. Under The Ikegami label, the Marshall Electronics LCD Racks, will be sold in conjunction with the Ikegami range of CRT Monitors and other related broadcast and multimedia products. The new branding relationship will be in full implementation by Spring 2002.

Ikegami, located in Tokyo, will also sell Marshall broadcast and multimedia products under the Ikegami brand in Russia, Korea, Southeast Asia and the European Common Market. The entire range of LCD Monitors from 22" wide screen HDTV ready to 2.5" LCD's with Digital/Analog video and audio inputs will be on display in Marshall's NAB booth number S3669.
