New President Appointed for Ikegami Electronics, U.S.A.       In a general announcement to employees at Ikegami Electronics, U.S.A. headquarters in Maywood, NJ, Mr. Kiyohiko Suda, Director of Ikegami Japan's overseas Operations, announced the appointment of Tomohiko Saito as President of Ikegami U.S.A. In his announcement Mr. Suda emphasized that the reorganization is part of an orderly overall corporation restructuring which began in June, 1995 with the realignment of Ikegami Japan's Board of Directors.      Mr. Saito succeeds Mr. Koichi Fukuda after his 7 years of leadership. Mr. Fukuda was reassigned to Ikegami, Japan, when Mr. Saito assumed his role as President.      Also in his announcement, Mr. Suda stated that Mr. Masaaki Osada, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, ws also reassigned to Ikegami, Japan.      Mr. Suda in announcing these appointments, reaffirmed the company's total commitment to broadcast equipment excellence and its ability to market and service the U.S. market.      Ikegami Electronics, continues to be one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-quality professional broadcast equipment.
