AXII’s advanced design enables this new processor to deliver excellent imagery with high reliability and low power consumption.
The AXII DSP in the HDK-99 incorporates a 3D color matrix. This color matrix function enables precise color adjustment for all occasions, and 16 axes of the color gamut can be fine-tuned in both hue and saturation. This function works in real time, and is extremely beneficial for live multi-camera applications.
In addition, the Ikegami HDK-99 has a Lens Aberration Correction function, which minimizes the loss of resolution and colored edges caused mainly by lens chromatic aberration. Its Quick EZ Focus Assist Function provides very distinct enhancement to the viewfinder signal, which enables the camera operator to make critical focus adjustments. The size of area, area color, edge color, and display time on the viewfinder are all adjustable in the camera menu.
Featuring a docking-style construction, the HDK-99 can be outfitted with several available adapters and CCU’s, base stations, and control panels.
