PTR-1:Compact Microwave Auto Tracking System

The PTR-1, compact microwave automatic tracking system, is designed specifically to meet the demand for maneuverability in live relay operation. Mounted on the VCR section of Ikegami portable TV camera, HL series, this system enables camera operation without camera cable in conjunction with the bidirectional tracking transmitter/receiver units. Thus, the PTR-1 allows excellent coverage of sports events, such as golf, baseball, and indoor athletic matches where camera cable movement restricts camera operation, and of emergency press release situations and other fast-breaking news events, which require high camera maneuverability on site. The PTR-1 is certain to offer great ENG and EFP flexibility and versatility.
